Emma Stone Scripts

What is there not to like about Emma Stone? The beautiful 23 year old redhead represents everything good about women. She is good humored, considerate and wears her heart on her sleeve. Some people want to marry her while everyone else wants to be her best friend.

Needless to say, she is fast becoming the sweetheart of the American public. While her career only consists of a few movies, they are all films that characterize the personality that audiences have grown to love about her. Even in the new Spiderman film, her personality shines and transforms her character into something more like herself. She is not becoming the character- the character is becoming her.

Stone will likely have a strong career for a very long time due to her ability to choose roles that portray her as an honorable, good-natured young woman. The more people see this in her, the more they will root for her in every film that she follows in.

Mila Kunis Scripts

If a person’s career could be gauged by the types of roles they got in their early career, then Mila Kunis would probably be starring in comedy roles for the rest of her life. She got her first break in That 70’s Show (1998-2006) playing the neurotic and self-obsessed Jackie Burkhart, whom was as two-dimensional as a piece of cardboard.

However, Kunis has definitely grown in leaps and bounds since her start there. Despite the fact that she still does comedic work, (i.e. her recurring role as Meg on the long running series Family Guy (1999-2012)) she has also taken on more serious and dramatic roles in other types of films.

The more that a person recreates themselves, the better chance they have of making it in the film industry. Audiences have very short attention spans, and when an actor can continually morph themselves into different personalities, they have a better chance of keeping that short attention span.

If Kunis keeps this up, she may become an A-list star in the future.

Alvin Sargent Scripts

Alvin Sargent is considered one of the great veterans of the film industry, having had steady employment since he started working in Hollywood in the 1960’s. The latest film on his record, The Amazing Spider Man (2012) was a profound success in the box office and charmed audiences with a new depiction of the popularly known tale.

Working in a team of four, including creator Stan Lee, Sargent provided his own unique talents and script writing know-how to the tumultuous task of writing a Spiderman film that was fresh, new and original.

Working with a team of other writers can be a difficult task for any screenwriter to attempt, since the diverse backgrounds and styles can easily turn into a battle for power instead of a collaborative Eden of ideas.

However, the resulting film script ties together well and displays a humanitarian story of good vs. evil as well as the beauty of the human spirit.

Sargent’s experience and knowledge of script writing shows just how powerful time can be in developing a person’s writing ability. At 20 years old, a person may not be the best writer. However, if that person persists, the writing they do as a 30 year old (or older) may show just how much talent they have had all the while.

Michael H. Weber Film Scripts

The newest addition to the Spiderman legacy (The Amazing Spiderman (2012)) has been groundbreaking, not simply because of its imaginative twist on the age-old Spiderman story, nor because of its impressive digital effects.

The new Spiderman movie is groundbreaking because it employed many unknowns in high positions- giving many people their big chance to make it in Hollywood. One of these lucky few was Michael Weber, who was hired to direct the film despite his lack of qualifications.

The only major film that Webb had on his record was an interesting Independent film entitled 500 Days of Summer (2009). The film was an indie favorite but did not have the fame or standards of a major motion picture.

However, the movie spoke for itself. With just that one film on his track record, Weber was able to take on the obstacle of creating a feature length film and he did spectacular. His career, which is just taking off, is proof that a person is only limited by their own sense of self worth. The more a person challenges themselves, the more they will be surprised by what they are actually capable of doing.

Dan O’Bannon Scripts

Daniel Thomas O’Bannon can be considered one of the most low-profile scriptwriting geniuses that the science fiction genre has to offer. He was responsible for writing the first Alien film (at first known as Star Beast) as well as the ultimate cult classic of science fiction films- Heavy Metal (1981).

O’Bannon was and is a playful writer, engaging absurd ideas into his scripts to give each story equal amounts of humor, fear and philosophical thought. However, he maintained a low profile throughout his career, even to the point of his death. He did not even notify anyone (besides his wife) that he was suffering of Crohn’s disease.

O’Bannon is a mysterious enigma much like the scripts that he wrote out during his long career. Insightful, funny and engaging, his work will surely be an influencing factor on writers for years to come.
